Concern for Missing Rockville Teenager (LOCATED)

Update: March 30, 2022 - Genesis Melendez has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old female who went missing from Rockville.   

  

On March 26, 2022, at 4 p.m., Genesis Melendez was last seen leaving her residence in the 13100 block of Twinbrook Parkway in Rockville.  

    

Melendez is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 140 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes.  

    

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
