Concern for Missing 14-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Update: April 24, 2022 - Issac Martinez Membreno has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigative Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old.  

Issac Martinez Membreno was last seen at approximately 11 p.m., on Saturday, April 23, 2022, leaving the 12700 block of Gould Road in Silver Spring.  

Membreno is approximately 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a light pink t-shirt, gray sweatpants and black Croc-style shoes.  

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Issac Martinez Membreno is asked to call the Montgomery County Police SVID at (240) 773- 5400 or the police non-emergency number at (301) 279- 8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
