Detectives Investigate Two Residential Burglaries; Surveillance Video of Suspect Released

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are investigating two residential burglaries that occurred from April to May 2022 in the 1100 block of Ripley St. Detectives have released surveillance video of the male suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him. 

           

The investigation by detectives has determined that the suspect forcibly entered two residences and fled the scene.   

  

Detectives reviewed the surveillance footage in the areas where the burglaries occurred and were able to obtain a description of the suspect. Detectives believe that the same suspect committed the two burglaries.   

   

The suspect is described as a Black male, between 20 and 35-years-old, medium build, with long black braids tucked into a black jacket, black pants and black/grey shoes.
