Concern for Missing Chevy Chase Woman

For Immediate Release: Thursday, June 9, 2022

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman from Chevy Chase.  

Gail Jacobs, age 60, was last seen on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at approximately 10:40 p.m., leaving the 7400 block of Wyndale Lane.  

Jacobs is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red long-sleeve shirt, black pants, brown sandals and eye glasses.  

Jacobs may be driving a black Mercedes Benz GLK with Maryland license plate, 5DG3292.  

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
