Detectives Investigate Theft from Auto and Fraud in Rockville; Surveillance Photos of Suspects Released

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - 1st District Patrol Investigations Unit are investigating a theft from auto and fraud, which began in the Rockville area. Detectives have released surveillance photos of the two suspects involved in this incident and are asking for the public's assistance in identifying them. 

 

The victim stated that on Thursday, June 2, 2022, multiple credit cards were stolen from his car while it was parked in the parking lot near OneLife Fitness, located on Research Blvd. One of the unknown suspects used the stolen credit cards and made fraudulent purchases at several stores in Virginia. 

 

Detectives reviewed the surveillance footage of the stores and obtained photographs of the two suspects.
