Concern for Missing Burtonsville Teenager (LOCATED)

Update: August 29, 2022 - Zanaiya Neil has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old from Silver Spring.

Zanaiya Neil was last seen on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at approximately 12 p.m., in the 4200 block of Cloudberry Court in Burtonsville.

Neil is approximately 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
