Montgomery County Police Looking for Two Missing Teens (Both Located)

UPDATE: Jayleen Natalie Chavez and Samar Hammad have both been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigation Division, are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two teenage girls, believed to be together.

 

Jayleen Natalie Chavez and Samar Hammad were last seen on Friday, August 26, 2022.
13-year-old Chavez of Bethesda, was last seen on the 10300 block of Strathmore Hall St. She has brown eyes and brown hair, is 5-feet tall and weighs 100 lbs.

 

12-year-old Hammad of Silver Spring, was last seen on the 3000 block of Fairland Rd. She has black hair and brown eyes, is 5-feet tall and weighs 105 lbs.

 

Police and family are concerned for their welfare.
