Concern for Missing 14-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Update: Jeferson Socop Cerna has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old from Gaithersburg.   

 

Jeferson Socop Cerna was last seen on Saturday, September 10, 2022, in the 800 block of Clopper Rd.  

 

Socop Cerna is approximately 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left arm that says “Marisol” and a tattoo on the right side of his neck that says “Luci.” It is unknown what he was last seen wearing.

 

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
