Concern for Missing Fifty-Seven-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Update: Timothy Michael Janss has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 57-year-old from Damascus.

Timothy Michael Janss was last seen on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at approximately 2 a.m., in the 10800 block of Avonlea Ridge Pl.

Janss is approximately 6-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 230 pounds. He has grey hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, with the words “Butler’s Orchard” written on the front and blue jeans.

Janss may be traveling in a 2014 dark blue Ram truck with Maryland license plate 1BN7057. He may be in the Morgantown, WV area.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
