Concern for Missing Silver Spring Woman (LOCATED)

UPDATE: November 23, 2022 - Christine Mukhwana has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Christine Mukhwana, a missing 50-year-old from Silver Spring.  

Mukhwana was last seen on Friday, October 28, 2022, in the 500 block of Seaton Square Drive.  

Mukhwana is approximately 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what clothing she was last seen wearing.  

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.  

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Christine Mukhwana is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
