Concern for Missing Thirteen-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Update: Carolina Estes was located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carolina Estes, a missing 13-year-old from Silver Spring.  

 

Carolina was last seen on Sunday, December 25, 2022, at approximately 2:24 p.m., leaving her residence in the 8600 block of Manchester Rd. 

Carolina is approximately 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 180 lbs. She has brown eyes and reddish hair.  

 

Police and family are concerned for her welfare. 

 

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Carolina Estes is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
