Update: Kirill Matveeva has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Kirill Matveeva, a missing 14-year-old from Rockville.

Matveeva was last seen at approximately 9 a.m., on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, in the area of Research Court.

Matveeva is approximately 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black cargo pants and a grey or green jacket.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
