Update: Tony Offutt and Fernanda Azevedo have been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police- Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two missing teenagers from Germantown.

Tony Offutt, age 14, was last seen on Friday, February 24, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m., at his residence on Lark Song Drive in Germantown.

Tony is approximately 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 125 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants and black shoes.

Tony is believed to be with 15-year-old Fernanda Azevedo, who was last seen on Friday, February 24, 2023, at approximately 6 p.m., at her residence on Bronco Court in Germantown.

Fernanda is approximately 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weights 130 lbs. She has brown eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black Adidas jacket and black Adidas pants.

Police and family are concerned for their welfare.
