Charles Joseph Reynolds was shot and killed inside of the Wayne Avenue parking garage in Silver Spring, on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.  

Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes detectives have been actively investigating this case and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect. 

Karis Hastings, the victim's wife, will discuss the impact her husband’s death has had on her family and make a public plea for witnesses to come forward.  

Major Crimes detectives will also share information on where the investigation stands at this time.
