Sobriety Checkpoint Conducted Tonight; Always Choose a Sober Driver

For Immediate Release: Friday, May 26, 2023

Tonight (Friday, May 26, 2023), the Montgomery County Department of Police and allied agencies (Maryland State Police, Maryland Transportation Authority Police, Takoma Park Police, Rockville City Police and Gaithersburg Police) will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint and will conduct focused enforcement on impaired driving laws. 

   

The exact location of the checkpoint will not be disclosed in advance.
