Concern for Missing Twelve-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD - The Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) is asking for the public's assistance in locating Xavier Munox-Dasilva, a missing 12-year-old.
