Concern for Missing Eighty-Five-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Update: Rosario "Charo" Manarolla has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating Rosario "Charo" Manarolla, a missing 85-year-old.
