Concern for Missing Thirteen-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Hiba Cheema has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Hiba Cheema, a 13-year-old who is missing from Rockville.
