Detectives Continue Search for Suspects Linked to Ethiopian Restaurant Armed Robbery; New Surveillance Video Released

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division continue to investigate a commercial armed robbery that occurred on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at the Shalla Ethiopian Restaurant in the 8000 block of Sligo Avenue. Detectives have released video of the suspects and their vehicle and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying them.   

 

Detectives reviewed the surveillance camera of a nearby business and obtained video of the suspects leaving the scene in a red/maroon four door sedan.
