Concern for Missing Eleven-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Genesis Gabriela Rivera Guerrero has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public's assistance in locating Genesis Gabriela Rivera Guerrero, a missing 11-year-old from Rockville.
