Detectives Investigate Greenwood Avenue Burglary; Surveillance Video Released

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police- 3rd District Investigative Section are investigating a burglary that occurred on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at approximately 12:33 a.m., in the 7900 block of Greenwood Avenue in Takoma Park.

The preliminary investigation by detectives has revealed that two suspects used an unknown device to force entry into the victim’s shed. Once inside, the suspects stole property and left the scene.

Detectives reviewed surveillance cameras and obtained video footage of the suspects.
