Concern for Missing Sixteen-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Emanuel Rosales, a missing 16-year-old from Gaithersburg.
