Concern for Missing Germantown Teen (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Karynn Tyler, a missing 13-year-old from Germantown.
