Concern for Missing Sixteen-Year-Old

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Zakur Brown, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
