Concern for Missing Wheaton Teen (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD- Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Kimberly Carias, a missing 13-year-old from Wheaton.
