Concern for Missing Seventeen-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD- Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Mustapha Willan, a missing 17-year-old from Silver Spring.
