Detectives Continue to Investigate Denver Road Double Homicide

For Immediate Release: Friday, June 21, 2024

Gaithersburg, MD- Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division continue to investigate the murders of two 20-year-old shooting victims, Quincy Johnson, of Takoma Park, and D’Andre Wint, of Lanham. Both were shot and killed on Sunday, May 26, 2024. Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) in this case.

At approximately 6:57 p.m., Montgomery County Police – 3rd District and Maryland-National Capital Park Police officers responded to the Nolte Local Park in the 200 block of Denver Rd. in Silver Spring and located Johnson and Wint dead at the scene.

At this time there are no suspect(s) in custody.
