Concern for Missing Eleven-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Update: Ruth Cruz Mejia has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ruth Cruz Mejia, a missing 11-year-old from Montgomery Village.
