Montgomery County Police, in collaboration with state and local law enforcement partners, will launch a coordinated impaired driving enforcement initiative beginning May 21. This effort will run through the end of July, focusing on graduation events, prom season, and summer holidays—similar to enforcement efforts conducted during Thanksgiving and Christmas. The initiative aims to deter drunk and impaired driving and keep roadways safe throughout the summer months.

Partnering agencies:

Maryland State Police Spider Team, Maryland State Police Rockville Barracks, Maryland Transportation Authority Police, Rockville City Police, Maryland National Capital Park Police – Montgomery County, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office
