Police Arrest Two Suspects In Connection With Triangle Lane Commercial Burglary

Gaithersburg, MD – 39-year-old, Oscar Hernandez-Bonilla of Rockville and 41-year-old, Osmin Ernesto Martinez Diaz of Silver Spring have been arrested and charged following a burglary and theft that occurred in the 11200 block of Triangle Lane.
On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at approximately 10:46 a.m., 4th District officers were in the 11200 block of Georgia Avenue when they were flagged down for the report of a commercial burglary that occurred earlier that morning at Elite Studio and Barber on Triangle Lane.
The investigation has revealed that at approximately 2:04 a.m., Hernandez-Bonilla and Martinez Diaz entered the business, stole property and then left the scene.
Officers immediately recognized Hernandez-Bonilla from surveillance video, and located him nearby, in possession of stolen items.
Hernandez-Bonilla was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County – Central Processing Unit (CPU) where he has been charged with second-degree burglary and theft related charges.
On Wednesday, July 9, officers located and arrested Martinez Diaz in the 11200 block of Georgia Avenue. Martinez Diaz was transported to an area hospital for injuries sustained prior to the arrest. Upon his release, he was transported to the Montgomery County – Central Processing Unit (CPU) where he has been charged with second-degree burglary and theft related charges.
Hernandez-Bonilla is currently being held on bond. Martinez Diaz has been released on bond.
