Concern for Missing Sixteen-Year-Old

UPDATE: Emmanuel "Manny" Gregory has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emmanuel "Manny" Gregory, a missing 16-year-old.
