Concern for Missing Sixty-Four-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Xiaohong Lui has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public's assistance in locating Xiaohong Lui, a missing 64-year-old from Rockville.
