Concern for Missing Twenty-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Jiyi Chen has been located safe and unharmed.  

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jiyi Chen, a missing 20-year-old.
