Detectives Investigate Lockwood Drive Stabbing; Surveillance Video of Suspects Released

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigation Section are investigating a stabbing that occurred on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in the 11500 block of February Circle in Silver Spring.

The investigation has revealed that at approximately 4:20 p.m., following a verbal altercation, three suspects were seen slashing the tires of a vehicle in the 11500 block of February Circle. When the victim located and confronted the suspects in the 11500 block of Lockwood Drive, a physical fight occurred. During the fight, the suspects stole the victim’s phone and stabbed the victim in the head before leaving the scene.

Suspect one is described as a Black female, approximately 5-feet, 4-inches tall, 15 to 16 years old, with a thin build. She had dark hair styled in shoulder length locks and was wearing a dark gray rain jacket, black jeans and black Air Force sneakers. Suspect two is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5-feet, 1-inch tall, 15 to 16 years old, with a thin build and straight dark-colored hair. She was wearing a black jacket and gray sweatpants. Suspect three is described as a Black male, 5-feet, 5-inches tall, with a thin build and short hair. He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and black skinny jeans.
