County Executive Isiah Leggett and County Councilmember Craig Rice to Participate in a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Senior Housing in Germantown

County Executive Isiah Leggett and other officials will host a ribbon-cutting celebration at Churchill Senior Living, Phase II, a mixed-income apartment building for seniors in Germantown, beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Leggett will be joined by County Councilmember Craig Rice and Oakwood Properties developer Joe Parreco, along with other representatives.

The $20 million development was completed in November and provides 134 apartments, more than half of which are occupied. The ribbon-cutting event will be followed by light refreshments. Tours will be available.
