NTSB Assumes Flower Branch Apartment Fire Investigation

National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Senior Pipeline Investigator Ravi Chhatre answers questions at a press conference on the Flower Branch Apartment Fire investigation. Montgomery County Council Members Nancy Navarro and Tom Hucker along with Suzanne Lofhjelm representing Congressman Chris Van Hollen’s office were all on hand along with members of the community to receive an update on the investigation of the natural gas explosion and subsequent fire that destroyed an apartment building and claimed the lives of seven people.
