9/11: Never Forget

Montgomery County's Memorial to the Events of 9/11/01 pays tribute to the 11 County residents who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 in the attack on the Pentagon. The name of each victim is inscribed on a bench in the park located in Rockville at the corner of Jefferson St. and Maryland Ave. The 11 victims were: William Caswell, Gerald Fisher, Lawrence Getzfred, Michele Heidenberger, Angela Houtz, Ted Moy, Darin Pontell, Scott Powell, Todd Reuben, Patricia Statz and Ernest Willcher.
