In Memoriam - Dr. Ulder Tillman

Dr. Ulder Tillman, County Health Officer and chief of Public Health Services died Tuesday, January 3.  In her 13 years in Montgomery County, she was passionate about improving the health and well-being of community residents.  She was the calm voice during crises such as the Ebola virus and most recently the Zika virus. Her work included spearheading the expansion of the Montgomery Cares network of non-profit health clinics serving uninsured individuals in our community. Funeral Service Information.
