Press Conference on Mental Health Court

Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy, Council President Roger Berliner and Councilmembers Marc Elrich, George Leventhal, Sidney Katz, Tom Hucker, and Councilmember Nancy Navarro were united in affirming the County's commitment to the MHC model, as well as the goals of reducing the incarceration of people with mental illnesses and expanding their avenues for treatment and rehabilitation.
