TPSS Community Kitchen

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett attended the grand opening of the Takoma Park Silver Spring (TPSS) Community Kitchen, which allows those who have passion, dedication, incredible skill, but limited access to capital, to start their small food businesses. The TPSS Community Kitchen, Crossroads Micro-enterprise development training program, can now play a critical role in developing a healthy, safe, secure, and local, food system in addition to serving the community and the surrounding areas in food recovery efforts and by offering cooking and nutrition classes.
