Small Antennas and Shorter Telecommunications Towers

The County has released a draft zoning text amendment (ZTA) to revise the County’s zoning code to address deployment of smaller antennas on streetlights and lower height buildings. The ZTA, summary, interactive map, and links to submit public comments can be found at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/antennaZTA. Public meetings will be held at 7 pm the Silver Spring Civic Building on September 18, 2017, and at the Germantown Montgomery College Campus September 19, 2017.
