Teacher of the Year

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett participated in the Champions for Children event where Kristen Kane was named 2018-2019 Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Teacher of the Year. The event was held at the BlackRock Center for the Arts. Champions connects the business community, MCPS and community leaders to celebrate and reward quality teaching, outstanding leadership and exceptional supporting services in our schools.
