to meet with media on Monday, Nov. 21

Among the topics she will discuss are the reactions

to the Nov. 8 election,

new County Economic Development Corporation,

status of State transportation program

 

ROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 18, 2016—Montgomery County Council President Nancy Floreen will meet with members of the media at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, to discuss key issues concerning the Council and its respective committees. Among the issues she will talk about are the reactions to the Nov. 8 election, the potential impact of the new Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation and the status of the State transportation program as it relates to the County.

 

Council President Floreen’s meeting with members of the media will be held in the SIXTH FLOOR Conference Room of the Council Office Building at 100 Maryland Ave. in Rockville.

 

Council President Floreen also will provide an update on the scheduling of steps for the Bethesda Downtown Sector Plan, which the Council began to address this fall. She also will talk about the Council’s progress in revising the County’s landlord-tenant laws.
