Executive Regulation 6-99AM: Expansion - Leaf Vacuuming Collection District

This regulation updates recycling service areas and the recycling service process so as to provide for the curbside collection of leaves by vacuuming and authorized the collection of fees to fund curbside leaf vacuuming services.

Effective Date: November 28, 2000.
