DHCA is proud to announce the completion of another new and spectacular affordable housing development, Seneca Creek Apartments, in Germantown, MD. County Executive Marc Elrich and Councilmembers Balcombe and Sayles, participated in the jubilant ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 18th.
Montgomery County invested $7.7 M in HIF funds towards land acquisition and construction cost, creating this 111-unit of senior affordable community.
Seneca Creek Apartments comprised of 12 units @ 30% AMI, 10 units @ 50% AMI, 78 units @ 60% AMI and 11 units @ 70% AMI. The new affordable rental property is for seniors age 62+ located at 19105 Frederick Road in Gaithersburg, MD. Interested seniors can inquire by reaching out to the management company at 301-296-8456.
