The Annual Rental Housing Survey is now open!

Pursuant to Code 29-51 of the Montgomery County Code on Rental Housing, all rental properties must complete the County’s Annual Rental Housing Survey. The survey collects information on facility services, amenities, rental rates, utility costs, vacancies, turnover rates, and other pertinent information.  DHCA collects the data to analyze the County’s rental market, which also helps inform County housing strategies, policies, and programs. Failure to comply with the law will result in a civil penalty of not exceeding $1,000 for each violation. Please email, [email protected], if you have any questions.
