Montgomery County FY25 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Available for Public Review and Comment

The Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) has completed the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for County Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025), in accordance with Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, and 24 CFR Part 91.
The CAPER outlines the County’s progress in meeting the goals of the Annual Action Plan using funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
The report will be available for public review beginning September 10, 2025, at: https://montgomerycountymd.gov/dhca/grants/conplan.html
Public Comment Period: All interested parties are invited to submit written comments on the CAPER and the County’s community development performance. Comments will be accepted through 4:00 PM on September 26, 2025.
