Leggett to Participate in Celebration of Progress Ceremony for MOMENTUM at Shady Grove

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett will participate in the Celebration of Progress at MOMENTUM at Shady Grove, a 110-unit affordable, multi-family residential development in Rockville. Leggett will be joined by members of the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs, and partners SCG Development and Comstock.

When it opens, MOMENTUM will be a transit-oriented community for tenants with an income at or below 60 percent of Average Monthly Income (AMI). Building amenities will include 145 parking spaces, an outdoor courtyard, a community room with warming kitchen and a gym. Unit sizes range from studios to three-bedrooms.
