Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, County Council President Nancy Navarro, Montgomery College President DeRionne Pollard and Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Jack Smith will unveil the Early Care and Education (ECE) Initiative, a four-year action plan and partnership to significantly increase the number of child care spots for infants and children up to 5 years old in the highest need areas of the County.
