Alcohol Beverage Services to Host Montgomery County’s Biggest Whiskey Event on Friday, Jan. 17

Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS) is hosting its Whiskey Rocks celebration, the largest event of its kind in Montgomery County. The daylong event is expected to attract hundreds of whiskey lovers who want to purchase limited release and hard to find whiskey products.

The whiskey celebration will feature tastings, engravings, raffle drawings, barrel picks, bottle signings, special releases and an exclusive whiskey lunch with Maker’s Mark Master Distiller Denny Potter.

EDITORS: Best photo opportunity is at 10 a.m. when doors open as there will be a line of customers to get inside. County Executive Marc Elrich and ABS Director Bob Dorfman are expected to be at the store when it opens.
